This is a good project for a builder as the house is in a good area of the town and when done would rent well. The reform work inside has been started but now needs to be finished off. Most of the structure is fine apart from a small area of the roof that needs attention, but overall its fine.The house would have a living room , kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor with access to the private rear patio garden.
